Adel’s desire to equip the next generation of leaders and organizations and to share his knowledge and experiences with them inspired him to join the John Maxwell Team.

Prior to joining the team, Adel spent almost 30 years in the corporate world and five years as an entrepreneur in the field of telecommunications. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Electronics and Telecommunications. Adel is passionate about training and skills development, and this was the particular focus of his work in the last five years.
