Murad graduated from the The University of Salford, U.K. with a degree in Electronics Engineering (B.Sc.) and has 3 decades experience in different Leadership roles in the Oil & Gas service industry.

Prior to joining The Success Core, Murad spent almost 3 decades in the corporate world in the field of Oil and Gas services working in Europe, North America, the Middle East and Asia. He started his career at Schlumberger in 1985 as a wireline engineer and progressed through various management positions including Production Manager for India, Training & Recruiting Manager for Canada, HR and Training Manager for Abu Dhabi and Iran, Wireline Manager for Casper Wyoming USA, General Manager for Myanmar then Yemen, Quality Health Safety and Environment Manager for Seismic Land operations worldwide, General Manager of The Neutral Zone Saudi Arabia, and Marketing Manager for Oman.
